Ingredient - Lotus leaf 1 sheet
- Green Bean Sheet 1 sheet

Seasoning- Crushed garlic as desired
- Oil 1 taels
- Chinese rice wine a dizzle
- Sesame oil a few drops
- Thickening:
- Corn starch as desired
Sauce- Filling Ingredients:
- Shrimp (shelled) 4 taels
- Cha Siu /BBQ Pork 4 taels
- Shitake mushroom 2 taels
- Dried shrimp 2 taels
- Corn starch 1 1/2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
Method- Trim the green bean sheet as squares
- Mix all the filling ingredients and marinate for a while.
- Saute garlic and filling. Drizzle with rice wine and thicken the sauce with corn starch solution.
- Put the filing on the green bean sheet. Place it on a bed of lotus leaf. Steam for 5 minutes.
