Chi中 Eng英 Chinese Dishes - Scrambled Egg white with Baby Clams and Shrimps
Ingredient - Egg Whites 8
- Milk 3 taels
- Baby shrimps 2 taels
- Baby clams 2 taels
- Shrimp eggs as desired

Seasoning- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Pepper 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1/4 tsp
Method- Blanch baby clams until done. Drain. Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry clam and shrimps until done. Set aside.
- Mix milk, egg white and seasonings in a large bowl.
- Heat oil in a wok. Pour the egg white mixture into the wok and scramble until semi-set.
- Add clams and shrimps. Continue to scramble until done. Sprinkle the shrimp eggs over the scrambled egg white.
