Chinese Dishes - Scrambled Egg white with Baby Clams and Shrimps

Ingredient

  • Egg Whites 8

  • Milk 3 taels

  • Baby shrimps 2 taels

  • Baby clams 2 taels

  • Shrimp eggs as desired

Seasoning

Method

  1. Blanch baby clams until done. Drain. Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry clam and shrimps until done. Set aside.

  2. Mix milk, egg white and seasonings in a large bowl.

  3. Heat oil in a wok. Pour the egg white mixture into the wok and scramble until semi-set.

  4. Add clams and shrimps. Continue to scramble until done. Sprinkle the shrimp eggs over the scrambled egg white.
