Chinese Dishes - Chao Zhao Ginger Fried Rice with Chicken Cubes

Ingredient

  • 80g chicken meat (diced)

  • 60g shrimp meat

  • 60g preserved mustard green

  • 1 egg (beaten)

  • 500g rice

  • 1/4 cup ginger juice

  • 2 stalks spring onion (cut finely)

Seasoning

Method

  1. Rinse rice. Put into rice cooker. Add ginger juice and cook into ginger rice.

  2. Dice preserved mustard green. Soak in water for 20 minutes. Mix well with sugar.

  3. Use 1 tbsp oil to sauté spring onion, preserved mustard green, chicken cubes and shrimp till fragrant. Add ginger rice. Stir well. Sprinkle on spring onion and seasoning. Mix well. Remove from heat and add beaten egg. Mix well. Serve.
