Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Chinese Dishes - Chao Zhou Stir Fried Pork Ribs With Plum Sauce
Ingredient - 300g belly spare rib
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 stalk spring onion (chopped finely)

Seasoning- 2 tbsp plum paste
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp water
Sauce- Marinade:
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Shao Xing wine
- 4 tsp ginger juice
Method- Add marinade ingredients to spare rib and leave it for 20 minutes. Deep fry in wok till done. Dish up and drain.
- Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute minced garlic till fragrant. Add spare rib and seasoning. Stir fry sauce thickens. Dish up.
