Chinese Dishes - Pan-fried Neck of Beef

  • Neck of beef 1.5 catty

  • Butter 1 thick slice

Method

  1. Cut neck of beef into 0.5cm half palm-size slices.

  2. Melt butter in a non-stick pan. Pan-fry the neck of beef for 20 seconds to 1 minute on each side depending on your taste.

  3. Turn off heat, then drizzle with soy and stir well. Put on a serving plate.
