Ingredient - Belly pork 5 taels
- Large dried shrimps 1 tael
- Shredded ginger a few

Seasoning- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Salt 1/8 tsp
- Sugar a pinch
Method- Soak large dried shrimps. Drain.
- Cut belly pork in think slices. Mix with seasonings. Line up on a serving plate.
- Put large dired shrimp and shredded ginger on the top of belly pork. Steam for10 minutes.
