Chinese Dishes - Steamed Pork and Dried Shrimp with Shredded Ginger

Ingredient

  • Belly pork 5 taels

  • Large dried shrimps 1 tael

  • Shredded ginger a few

Seasoning

Method

  1. Soak large dried shrimps. Drain.

  2. Cut belly pork in think slices. Mix with seasonings. Line up on a serving plate.

  3. Put large dired shrimp and shredded ginger on the top of belly pork. Steam for10 minutes.
