Ingredient - Preserved sea water fish 2 taels
- Preserved pork 4 taels
- Shredded ginger 1 tsp

Method- Chop, soak and drain fish.
- Slice pork. Place pork slices between fish on a serving plate. Sprinkle with ginger.
- Steam for 10 minutes until pork is done.
