Chinese Dishes - Steamed Preserved Pork and Fish

Ingredient

  • Preserved sea water fish 2 taels

  • Preserved pork 4 taels

  • Shredded ginger 1 tsp

Method

  1. Chop, soak and drain fish.

  2. Slice pork. Place pork slices between fish on a serving plate. Sprinkle with ginger.

  3. Steam for 10 minutes until pork is done.
