Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Chinese Dishes - Sauteed Claims with Chive Flowers
Ingredient - 230g clam meat
- 150g flowering chive
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 hot chili (cut finely)
- 1 clove shallot (diced)

Seasoning- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- Pepper to taste
Method- Rinse clam meat. Drain and set aside.
- Rinse flowering chives. Cut into small sections. Set aside.
- Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute garlic, shallot and chili till fragrant. Add clam meat and flowering chives. Stir fry for a while. Add seasoning. Saute till all ingredients are done. Serve.
