Chinese Dishes - Sauteed Claims with Chive Flowers

Ingredient

  • 230g clam meat

  • 150g flowering chive

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 2 hot chili (cut finely)

  • 1 clove shallot (diced)

Seasoning

Method

  1. Rinse clam meat. Drain and set aside.

  2. Rinse flowering chives. Cut into small sections. Set aside.

  3. Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute garlic, shallot and chili till fragrant. Add clam meat and flowering chives. Stir fry for a while. Add seasoning. Saute till all ingredients are done. Serve.
