Seasoning- Yan nim in Soy 6 pieces
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Silced shallots about 10 cloves
- Crushed garlic 2 cloves
- Minced ginger 1 tsp
- Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Method- Rinse and chop fish head.
- Seed and mash yan nim. Stir well with all of the other seasonings. Pour onto the fish head and steam for 10 minutes.
