Chinese Dishes - Shrimp and Green Pea
Ingredient
120g shrimp
40g green pea
some pieces carrot (garnish)
1/2 tsp garlic paste
some cornstarch water
Seasoning
Some salt, chicken powder and pepper
Method
Poach the green pea and carrot. Set aside.
Rinse the shrimp and drain. Marinate with seasonings. Then, fry in oil. Remove and set aside.
Heat some oil to sautee garlic. Then, add in green pea, carrot and shrimp. Season with some salt. Then, add in cornstarch water. Ready to serve.
