SeasoningMethod- Marinate the steak and goose liver with seasonings. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil to fry the steak and goose liver until done.
- Heat the brown sauce. Then, pour in red wine and whipped cream. Pour in red wine and whipped cream. Pour onto the steak and goose liver. To serve with salad vegetable.
