Ingredient - 1 dressed chicken (skin removed)
- 75g Jin Hua ham
- 1 salted lemon
- 2 slices ginger
- 12 cups water

SeasoningMethod- Remove inner organs of chicken. Rinse. Remove skin and fat. Scald in boiling water for a while. Rinse and drain.
- Rinse Jin Hua ham and cut into strips.
- Boil water. Add chicken and ham strips. Bring it to boil. Reduce to low heat and boil for about an hour . Add salted lemon and boil for another hour. Season with salt. Serve.
