Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Chicken with Fresh Shou Wu and Red Date Soup
Ingredient - 113g fresh Shou Wu
- 1/2 chicken (about 750g)
- 8 red dates
- 1 slice ginger
- salt a pinch

Method- Wash Shou Wu and slice. Wash chicken and blanch. Then Rinse. Wash and core red dates.
- Bring suitable amount of water to the boil. Put in all ingredients and boil for 10 minutes. Turn to low heat and cook for 3 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
