Soup - White Cabbage Soup

Ingredient

  • 900g big Chinese white cabbage

  • 6 candied dates

  • 1/3 quarter dried tangerine peel

  • Salt a pinch

Method

  1. Wash Chinese white cabbage and drain. Soak dried tangerine peel until tender and remove pith. Wash candied dates.

  2. Bring suitable amount of water to the boil with dried tangerine peel. Put in Chinese white cabbage and candied dates. Boil for 10 minutes. Then turn to low heat and cook for 3 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
