Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Zhen Zhu Meat, Lentil and Lean Pork Soup
Ingredient - 1 tael Zhen Zhu meat (40g)
- 1 tael Huai Shan (40g)
- 2 taels lotus seed (80g)
- 2 taels Fox nuts (80g)
- 1 tael lily bulb (40g)
- 2 taels lentil (80g)
- 5 maces dried longan (20g)
- 8 taels lean pork (320g)
- 12 bowls water

Method- Wash dried longan and soak for 20 minutes.
- Wash Zhen Zhu meat, Huai Shan, lotus seed, fox nuts, lily bulb and lentil.
- Wash lean pork and scald with boiling water. Rinse with water.
- Boil water. Put in all ingredients and simmer over high heat till boiling. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
