Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - American Ginseng and Longan Soup
Ingredient - 2 maces American ginseng (sliced) (8g)
- 4 maces dried longan (16g)
- 6 taels lean pork (240g)
- 6 bowls water

Method- Wash sliced American ginseng. Wash dried longan and soak till soft.
- Wash lean pork and scald with boiling water. Rinse pork with water.
- Boil water. Add sliced American ginseng, dried longan and pork. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
