Ingredient - 1 lean chicken
- 3 maces American ginseng slices (12g)
- 3 maces cordysep (12g)
- 1 tael barley (40g)
- 1 tael To Fook Lin (40g)
- 12 bowls water

Method- Wash chicken and scald in boiling water. Rinse with water. Sliced American ginseng and wash it.
- Wash cordyseps and barley. Soak them with chicken and American ginseng in water till soft. Pour them into boiling water and simmer over low heat for 3 hours. Add To Fook Lin and boil for another 30 minutes. Add salt. Serve.
