Soup - Lentil and Cucumber Soup
Ingredient
1 cucumber
1 tael Lentil (40g)
1 1/2 tael To Fook Lin (60g)
6 taels pork Sai See soup bone (240g)
1 maces dried tangerine peel (4g)
2 slices ginger
10 bowls soup
Method
Wash pork Sai See soup Bone and scald with boiling water. Rinse with water.
Wash cucumber and cut into big pieces. Soak lentil and To Fook Lin. Wash.
Soak tangerine peel till soft. Scrape off seed pouch and wash.
Boil water. Add all ingredients and simmer over medium heat for 2 hours 30 minutes. Add salt. Serve.
