Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Sa Shen Soup with Yu Zhu and Lean Pork
Ingredient - 5 maces Sa Shen (20g)
- 5 maces Yu Zhu (20g)
- 1 tbsp Chinese Wolfberries
- 12 taels lean pork (480g)
- 8 bowls water

Method- Wash lean pork and scald with boiling water. Rinse with water.
- Wash Sa Shen, Yu Zhu and Chinese wolfberries. Drain and set aside.
- Boil water. Add all ingredients and bring it to boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours 30 minutes. Add salt. Serve.
