Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Sa Shen Soup with Yu Zhu and Corn Whiskers
Ingredient - 1 tael Sa Shen (40g)
- 1 tael Yu Zhu (40g)
- 2 taels corn whiskers (80g)
- 8 taels lean pork (sliced) (320g)
- 5 candied dates

Method- Wash lean pork and scald with boiling water. Rinse with water. Wash and drain all other ingredients.
- Boil water. Add all ingredients and bring it to boil. Reduce to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add salt. Serve.
