Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Chinese Wolfberry Leaves and Pork Liver Soup
Ingredient - 1 catty Chinese Wolfberry Leaves (Gua Gei) (640g)
- 6 taels pork liver (240g)
- 1 slice ginger
- 5 bowls water

Method- Wash Chinese Wolfberry Leaves. Remove stem and keep leaves.
- Wash pork liver. Marinade with some salt and slice it.
- Boil water. Add Wolfberry leaves and ginger. Cook over high heat till leaves are cooked. Reduce to low heat and add pork liver slices. When liver slices are cooked , add salt. Serve.
