Ingredient - 2 bitter gourd
- 14 taels spare ribs (560g)
- 2 taels soy bean (80g)
- 10 bowls water

Method- Wash bitter gourd, remove seeds and cut into thick slices.
- Wash spare ribs and scald in boiling water. Rinse with water. Wash soy beans.
- Boil water. Add bitter gourd, spare ribs and soy beans. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
