Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Pork Bone Soup with Puraria Root and Black Eye Beans
Ingredient - 2 catty Puraria root (1280g)
- 2 taels huai shan (80g)
- 4 taels black eye beans(160g)
- 1 catty pork bones (640g)
- 8 bowls water

Method- Wash puraria root and cut into thin slices. Soak huai shan and black eye beans separately. Wash.
- Wash Pork bones and scald in boiling water. Rinse.
- Boil water. Add puraria root, huai shan, black eye beans and pork bones. Simmer over low heat for 1 hour 30 minutes. Add salt. Serve.
