Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Sea Dragon, Sea Horse and Chuan Bei Soup
Ingredient - 1 tael sea dragon (Hai Lung) (40g)
- 1 tael sea horse (40g)
- 1 tael Chuan Bei (40g)
- 1 tael sea coconut (40g)
- 1 tbsp sweet and bitter almond
- 4 figs (Wu Hua Guo)
- 1 catty pork shank (640g)
- 3 candied dates
- 1 piece dried tangerine peel
- 10 bowls water

Method- Wash pork shank and scald in boiling water. Rinse pork. Wash sea dragon and sea horse. Scald in boiling water and rinse. Set aside.
- Wash figs. Soak tangerine peel till soft. Scrape off seed pouch and wash peel.
- Boil water. Add all ingredients and bring it to boil. Simmer over low heat for 3 hours. Add salt. Serve.
