Soup - Pumpkin Soup
Ingredient
1 1/2 catty pumpkin(960g)
1/2 catty lean pork (320g)
1 slice ginger
8 bowls water
Method
Wash pumpkin and cut into pieces.
Wash lean pork and scald with boiling water. Wash again and set aside.
Boil water. Add pumpkin pieces, lean pork and ginger. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
