Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Lotus Root and Spare Rib Soup
Ingredient - 1/2 catty pork spare rib (320g)
- 1 lotus root
- 10 bowls water

Method- Wash spare rib and scald in boiling water. Wash again and drain. Set aside.
- Peel lotus root and remove the knots. Wash and cut into thick pieces.
- Boil water. Add lotus root and spare ribs. Simmer for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
