Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Spareribs Soap with Green Turnip, Carrot and Duck
Ingredient - 1 green turnip
- 1 carrot
- 3 dried duck
- 8 taels spare ribs (320g)
- 1 piece tangerine peel
- 12 bowls water

Method- Soak tangerine peel till soft. Scrape off seed pouch. Wash peel and set aside.
- Peel green turnip and carrot. Cut into big pieces.
- Wash dried duck kidneys. Wash spareribs and scald with boiling water. Wash with water again.
- Boil water. Add green turnip, carrot, spareribs, kidneys and tangerine peel. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
