Chi中 Eng英 Phi菲 Ind印 Soup - Figs, Chinese Almonds and Lean Port Soup
Ingredient - 150g lean pork
- 12g Chinese bitter and sweet almonds
- 5 honey dates
- 10 figs

SeasoningMethod- Rinse and drain Chinese almonds and honey dates briefly. Trim figs (optional)
- Scald and rinse lean pork.
- Boil a pot of water. Add in all the ingredients and bring it to boil. Turn to mild heat and boil for 2 hours. Season with some salt. Dish up and serve.
