Chi中 Eng英 Chinese Dishes - Crisp Peanut Cakes (Lempeye)
Ingredient - 300g peanuts
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 225g glutinous rice flour

Seasoning- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 cloves shallors
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon sugar adequate pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kencur powder
Method- Add coconut milk and water to rice flour to stir well into paste and add salt, pepper and kencur powder to stir well.
- Pound shallots and garlic, Saute them, put the peanuts to fry for a while and mix them into the rice paste
- Heating oil, put the peanut paste of (2) into deep-fry until golden yellow for serving.
