Chinese Dishes - Job's tears soup with lotus leaf and haw

Ingredient

  • 180g shin of pork

  • 1/4 lotus leaf

  • 40g haw

  • 20g raw job's tears

  • 20g fried job's tears

Seasoning

Method

  1. Wash the lotus leaf.

  2. Scald the shin of pork. Wash.

  3. Wash haw and job's tears.

  4. Put all ingredients and 8 cups of water into a pot. Bring the the boil over high heat. Then turn to medium heat and simmer for 1 hours. Season with salt.
