Seasoning- Marinade:
- 3 tablespoons roast pork sauce (char siu sauce)
- 1 tablespoon each of garlic powder and tapioca starch
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons each of oyster sauce and peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons mixed herb
Method- Wash spareribs clean, cut pattern on surface and wipe dry.
- Stir marinade to make thick paste, apply evenly onto spareribs and leave aside for 2 to 3 hours.
- Bake in oven in medium heat about 190℃ for 30 to 40 minutes until golden yellow and thoroughly cooked.
