Chi中 Eng英 Chinese Dishes - Fish maw soup with Sha Shen and dried longans
Ingredient - 10g Sha Shen
- 20g dried lily bulb
- 20g Yu Zhu
- 20g dried longans
- candied dates
- 80g fish maw
- 300g spareribs
- spring onion, ginger as desired

SeasoningMethod- Boil 4 cups of water. Add ginger and spring onion and bring to the boil. Put in the fish maw and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and cover the lid. Leave it overnight. Drain, wash and cut fish maw into pieces
- Scald the spareribs. Rinse and set aside.
- Stone the candied dates. Wash with all other ingredients.
- Boil 12 cups of water. Put in all ingredients and bring to the boil over high heat. Then turn to medium heat. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Season with salt and serve.
