Chinese Dishes - Mixed Vegetable and Beef Spaghetti

Ingredient

  • 1 potato

  • 1 tael (40g) beef

  • 1/4 onion

  • 10 green peas

  • 40-50 strands spaghetti

Method

  1. Wash spaghetti. Put spaghetti into boiling water. Bring to boil. Turn off heat. Keep for 20 minutes with pot covered. Wash spaghetti. Cut into small sections. Set aside.

  2. Peel potato and onion.Wash and dice finely.

  3. Wash green peas and set aside.

  4. Wash beef. Chop finely.

  5. Cook potato, onion and green peas with 2 bowls of water. Cook till tender. Add beef. Cook to paste form. Add spaghetti. Mix well.
