Seasoning- Marinade:
- Ginger 		1 slice
- Spring onion 	1 stalks
- Salt 			2 tbsp
Method- Rinse seabream. Score the fish from the back towards the belly (keep the belly intact). Remove all the guts.
- Rub the fish with salt and add marinade. Marinate for about half an hour. Rinse well and pat dry. Hang the fish for about one hour.
- Deep fry in hot and warm oil until golden brown.
