Ingredient - Oysters 8
- Water 4 taels
- Rice flour 3 taels
- Oil 2 taels

Seasoning- Spring onion (chopped) 1 stalk
- Coriander (chopped ) 2 stalks
Method- Mixed rice flour with water. Add seasonings and stir well.
- Dip oysters in rice flour batter. Put in a wok all together. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Separate the oysters with Chinese turner and put on a serving plate
