Chi中 Eng英 Chinese Dishes - Lemon and Rum Spare Ribs
Ingredient - Spare ribs 6 pieces (1 1/2 inch each)

Seasoning- SeasoningsLemon (sliced) 1/2
- Rum 2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
Sauce- Marinade:
- Egg yolks 2
- Ginger 4 slices
- Sectioned spring onion 2 stalks
- Corn starch 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
- Soy 1/2 tsp
- Basil as desired
- Thickeing:
- Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Method- Marinate spare ribs for 2 hours.
- Deep-fry spare ribs in hot-and warm oil until done. Drain.
- Heat oil, add spare ribs, sugar and lemon, fry for a while. Thicken the sauce with corn starch solution. Turn off the heat and add in rum, serve hot.
