Chinese Dishes - Lemon and Rum Spare Ribs

  • Spare ribs 6 pieces (1 1/2 inch each)

Method

  1. Marinate spare ribs for 2 hours.

  2. Deep-fry spare ribs in hot-and warm oil until done. Drain.

  3. Heat oil, add spare ribs, sugar and lemon, fry for a while. Thicken the sauce with corn starch solution. Turn off the heat and add in rum, serve hot.
