Chinese Dishes - Minced Pork And Fish Fried Rice

Ingredient

  • 3 tbsp dadi fish flakes (diced finely)

  • 100g minced pork

  • 1 celery stalk (diced)

  • 2 bowls cold rice

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp minced ginger

  • 1 tsp minced shallot

Method

  1. Mix well minced pork with marinade ingredients. Leave it for 15 minutes.

  2. Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Satue minced garlic, ginger and shallot till fragrant. Add minced pork and stir fry till done. Add rice and seasoning. Stir well. Add celery and fish flakes. Stir fry till done. Serve.
