Chinese Dishes - Braised Duck with Tangerine Peek and Old Ginger

Ingredient

  • Duck 1/2

  • Bamboo shoot 4 taels

  • Old ginger 3 taels

  • Salt 2 tbsp

Seasoning

Method

  1. Rinse the duck and rub it with 2 tbsp of salt. Rinse well.

  2. Marinate the duck, old ginger and bamboo shoot for 30 minutes. Steam 1 1/2 hour until tender.

  3. Stir fry all ingredients and mix well.
