Ingredient - Duck 1/2
- Bamboo shoot 4 taels
- Old ginger 3 taels
- Salt 2 tbsp

Seasoning- Marinade:
- Sugar as desired
- Salt as desired
- Soy as desired
Method- Rinse the duck and rub it with 2 tbsp of salt. Rinse well.
- Marinate the duck, old ginger and bamboo shoot for 30 minutes. Steam 1 1/2 hour until tender.
- Stir fry all ingredients and mix well.
