Chi中 Eng英 Chinese Dishes - Steamed Diamond Seabass with Mushroom and Pork
Ingredient - Diamond seabass 1 catty and 4 taels
- Shitake mushrooms 4
- Shredded pork as desired
- Shredded ginger 1 tbsp
- Shredded spring onion 2 tbsp

Seasoning- Marinade for shitake mushroom and pork:
- Soy 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Corn starch 1/2 tsp
- Oil a few drops
Sauce- Thickening:
- Corn starch 1 ts
Method- Soak and shred shitake mushroom. Marinate shitake mushroom and pork
- Put shitake mushroom, pork and ginger on top of the fish. Steam for 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle with spring onion. Pour boiling oil and soy over the fish.
