Chinese Dishes - Steamed Diamond Seabass with Mushroom and Pork

Ingredient

  • Diamond seabass 1 catty and 4 taels

  • Shitake mushrooms 4

  • Shredded pork as desired

  • Shredded ginger 1 tbsp

  • Shredded spring onion 2 tbsp

Method

  1. Soak and shred shitake mushroom. Marinate shitake mushroom and pork

  2. Put shitake mushroom, pork and ginger on top of the fish. Steam for 8 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle with spring onion. Pour boiling oil and soy over the fish.
