Ingredient - Preserved uni 3 tbsp
- Minced ginger 2 tbsp
- Frozen cooked crab meat 1/2 bowl
- Cooked rice 4 bowls
- Egg yolks 2
- Chopped spring onion 2 tbsp

SeasoningMethod- Soak crab meat in hot water. Drain.
- Coat a wok with a little bit of oil. Add rice and stir until it's not sticky.
- Saute minced ginger. Add egg yolks and continue to stir until no lumps are seen.
- Add crab meat, spring onion and sugar, Finally, add uni and stir well.
